We are proud to announce that we have been awarded another RoSPA Gold Award, outperforming significant international competition to the highest award level for the third year in a row. This marks the fourth consecutive RoSPA health and safety award that we have received, following a silver award in 2021 and then consecutive gold awards in 2022, 2023 and 2024.
Despite a significant increase in the number of ours worked on site and the scale of our projects, our business has continued to improve our health and safety performance with statistics showing a reduction in the number of incidents.
The award demonstrates our continued commitment to a safe working environment for our people. Health, safety and well-being is at the forefront of our culture – putting safety first. We recognise within that our people are our greatest assets and we need to protect them.
It is our responsibility to ensure that employees and others affected by our activities will be protected, so far as is reasonably practicable, from risks to their health, safety and well-being arising from all work activities.
“We are delighted to have been recognised for all of our hard work in achieving a 2024 RoSPA Gold Award. I would like to say thank you to all of our hardworking team members, supply chain and partners for their continued commitment to upholding our outstanding health, safety and well-being culture.” Kamila Palonowska TechIOSH, Health, Safety and Well-being Manager.
“Safety is a responsibility shared by all, and I am proud that we continue to hold a RoSPA Gold award. It not only marks the high commitment our company has for safety, but also marks the shared commitment of our contractors and suppliers who help us deliver world class products in a safe and sustainable working environment, whether off-site or on-site.” – Philip Hoyle, Health, Safety and Well-being Manager.
