ModuleCo’s modular day surgery units provide the clinical and supporting accommodation recommended by HBN 10-02: Facilities for Day Surgery Units with our world-class operating theatre suite at its heart. Accommodation supporting the day surgery theatre can include a main reception area, sub-waiting area, admission suite, PACU, second-stage recovery, discharge lounge, consultation rooms, office, staff change and staff welfare.
For all Surgical Specialisms
Additional design considerations can be incorporated for any specialist use, such as ophthalmic surgery or orthopaedics; we can provide the additional structural support for microscopes or design to accommodate UCV canopies, X-ray and laser use.
Standalone or extension
Modular day surgery units can be integrated into the existing hospital estate, with the clinical and supporting accommodation added or omitted to the design to suit your requirement.
